Exercising and staying fit


It’s Monday!!! Yeah the beginning of the week but I know that the week will go by way fast, for the reason why is because it’s the week that my sister has her baby and my dad is coming  in to town for a wedding that my stepmom is going to and to also see his new granddaughter. I am excited to see my dad and spend some time with him. The last time that I saw my dad was a while ago. I don’t get to see my dad as often as I would like for the reason that he lives in Wisconsin and it is very expensive to fly out there and stay for a week or so. I wish that we could go more often and spend time out there. Maybe in the future when school is done and I have some free time on my hands. It would be nice if we could go and spend like a week and a half to two weeks with family that is out that way!!

       When I started school back in August I started riding my bike to and from school in order to lose some weight and to get into shape.. To this day I have lost 40 pounds and am feeling great! Today I rode my bike to school for the first time in a long time. I just figured that it was getting to be warmer weather and with the price of gas these days it’s a way to save money on gas. It was a nice ride on my way to school but the high for today is supposed to be 95 Degrees and so I know that I am going to be dying on the way home. I also do but this is a way that I can work out and also go to the gym. I have been very good about going to the gym and eating right. That is the main thing is to eat right and exercise and it’s not called dieting its call a life style change!!! It truly has been amazing to see the changes in my and watch the weight just come off and stay off.. I look back to what I was when I first started and I see the changes and I can promise you that I never want to be that person again… I sometimes get my inspiration from the show the biggest Looser!!! It’s one of my favorite shows of all time and I am so excited to be at the same weight as some of the contestants and wait I didn’t have to go on a show to lose the weight.  I just followed some of their tips and I did it!! So my challenge to you is to work out for at least 30 minutes a day in whatever way that you can!!! Enjoy doing it as well!!! Have a Great day
